The Health Center at the Radisson Lazurnaya is open every day from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. This allows even the busy people to take advantage of our services by refreshing their spirits before the work day begins or easing tension and fatigue after the work day has finished.
Visitors can relax their body in the hotel fitness center’s Russian baths, which are built in coorespondence with Russian tradirions. The pine aroma of the wooden framework awaits you in the real Russian baths with birch, oak and eucalyptus brooms.
The Finnish bath, sauna, has been constructed in full correspondence with the traditions of the country, Suomi. The hot dry steam and comforting conditions experienced in the Russian baths can help you bring harmony to your inner state.
In the Turkish baths, Khamam, you can dip into the exquisite atmosphere of the east. Thanks to the gentle warmth of the steam, this baths method suits even those who for one reason or another cannot enjoy the usual ‘hot’ Russian baths. In addition we offer; mineral water, a selection of tea, honey, fresh fruit, VIP Russian baths accessories and the individual services of a Russian baths’ attendant.
Guests of the Lazurnaya have access to three pools and a Jacuzzi with underwater massage..

The Radisson Lazurnaya is the first spa on the Caucasian Coast of the Black Sea that offers its guests sessions of a traditional Thai massage, performed by an expert from the Vat Po Monastery, located in the capital of Thailand, Bangkok.
A Thai massage features a special technique concentrating on the pressing of points and energy zones of the body. This is the art of reviving the body, reducing stress, nourishing the energy, refreshing the psychophysical strength and harmony of the inner self. The basic element is pressing. The massage is undergone while clothed. The client is given a special costume. All that is bare are the feet of the patient and the masseur.
